用T系列自带的刻录机刻光盘，进行到一半的时候，光驱弹出
UltraISO显示"Error Setting Write Mode Page"
光盘就这么废掉了
但是用USB外置光驱就一切正常 。
有什么解决办法吗？？ |

，怎么都挣钱，判断错了，怎么都亏钱。write option，没有hedge的话，underlying
如果朝不利于你的方向波动大一点，你就已经margin call了，根本活不到option
expire。
做个一年半载实际操作，亏它个十万八万到的，再来卖弄吧！ |

3）卖 3个月后 Strike Price x% Off 的 PUT ；
4) 最好像 PG 这样的股票（大，稳） ；
5）最好 Option Premium 要高的；
6）这样一年可以做4次；
我的问题：
0）可操作吗 ？
1）多少Cash 才值得？
2）x% off... x% 应该多少才值得 （10%，15%，20%）？
3）怎样寻找 Option Premium 高的 （cboe？）?

你说
open 一个 short call option，这个时候，你write 一个contract，这个contract是
你short 了call
###当你有100 shares ASHR，
你做一个动作
你short 一个call，但是这个区别于你没有position时候的操作，因为你没有
unlimited liability，所以这个时候，给这个call加一个形容词，covered call。
相对应的形容词还有naked，告诉你们，我没有别的position来hedge这个position |

Director.(叫他D) 这样一来我们这个组就有4个人. M,D,A 和我.组里全是白人,除了我
. 同事A 特别会来事,是个马屁精. 跟VP, D, M 都很好,她的意见和想法都很被重视.
她总是把自己不愿意干的活留给我,然后又抱怨我没做好.如果我一说自己忙,帮不了她,
她就会到各个老板那里去抱怨. 其间我觉得心灰意冷,懒得跟她争, 又觉得VP对我印象
不错,应该不会只相信她的一面之词(后悔啊,当时就应该跟她争).我当时怀孕了,而且我
并不喜欢现在做的东西,无奈经济形式不好,不易找工作.所以就想着顺利的生娃. 当时
只管闷头干活,上班懒得跟别人BS.就这样一直拖到今年4月产假回去. 产假其间另一同

困难。
。虽然心里有点不服气，因为觉得自己平常根同事和各位大boss的交流很不错，我管理
的项目也完成得很好，但是一直没有得到晋职。我觉得自己还是要静下心来，好好的把
写作搞好，对自己以后很帮助。
所以正在想，是否在未来的3年时间里，就利用周末和晚上的时间念个专注于writing的
本科学位，当然就是跑到就近的社区大学，这样自己能系统的学习写作。
大家觉得怎么样？而且这种专注于写作的program应该是那个呢？能否给些建议？ |

I just wrote them again a week ago urging them to provide urgently needed H-
