知道你在做什么。有最新的文章发表的话，可以发给他们。
会议上见不到的，可以想办法应用他们的东西，然后主动
把文章发过去，套近乎。
在第五年的时候，去那些可以和他们碰上的会议，等他们
问你怎么样的时候，就说很忙，要准备上tenure了。学术
圈子的人愿意帮忙的可能会主动提出做你的letter writers，
如果他们不主动提，你可以想他们求教谁作为letter writters
合适。
如果遇到一个很好的、有名望的letter writer，最好不要
和此人成为合作者。否则，很可能被学校排除在外。

writer.
If your child has a good English teacher at school as well, then he or she is
more than three-forths on his/her way to a be a good writer.
If your child has the talent to express his or her thoughts, then he or she
is definitely going to be a GREAT writer. |

she is probably a good writer as well. Further, if a student has good
logical reasoning skills, his or her writings would have a good structure and a smooth
logic flow. Finally, different students have different "growth patterns" in
terms of learning. A good young writer today might not turn into a great
writer when growing up.
For example (good or bad), look at Mr. Han Han . . . :) |

这个作者Ralph Fletcher颇写过几本给小朋友讲写作的小册子，有兴趣的可以找来看看。

IMHO, a good memory would be one factor to influence a writer's writing
style. If the writer can remember what others have written (elegantly) about
a similar subject, his own writing would benefit therefrom. A good memory
also help improve the writer's vocabulary.
Logical thinking also helps. An essay is just one big argument backed by
strong evidence and a natural flow of logics. No argument is bulletproof.

多谢建议。我设计和主做开发的系统是面向大型电商网站的，和一般的全自动化的电商
系统不同。比如说，magento或者open cart啥的，都是自动部署，一个软件产品就都有
了，包括录入、管理、和面向客户的部分(product list, detail, cart, checkout,
wishlist等)，全部搞定了。
我做的是分成了2个系统。
产品录入和管理是单独的一个web based系统；电商网站是另一个系统。这样，产品录
入方面，business logic很多，适合于很多writers同时录入，有workflow process。
比如说，一个writer修改产品的时候，另一个writer就不能修改某些产品属性了，等等
。而且，单独的产品管理系统，不会影响电商网站的速度等。另外，也可以支持QA,
demo, staging等不同的内部展示版本，便于内部管理层来看新版本的情况或者实验版
的情况。
电商网站方面，我非常注重速度和搜索技术的实现。速度快的网站，客户喜欢，自然订
单会很多；另外，现在mobile流行，很多订单(超过10%）都是mobile来的，比如说通过
