实际上没有成为当时预期的国际储备符号，现在也在总国际储备中占2-4%之间浮动。中
国的理想是建立一个新的超政权的国际储备货币，所有的贸易国家都要参加，避免大国
输出通胀和金融危机。但在IMF框架下，美国拥有否决权，如果以IMF的框架进行改革，
那么永远不可能实现。因此SDR加入不加入其实关系并不大。理论上如果IMF不让RMB加
入，则提供了让中国自立门户的口实，因此加入实际上是把球又踢给了TG, 自立门户的

和春天咳嗽的毛病。感冒一定会咳，不感冒有时也咳。还爱吸鼻子，但几乎从不流鼻涕。
VA, MD 儿科大夫和专科大夫看了好多个，先后曾经被当作肺炎，支气管炎，xiaochuan
，过敏，鼻炎，甚至被某名医诊断为“一种习惯”而已，用了各种喷剂，止咳药，消炎
药，抗过敏药，prescribed and OTC，用加湿器，照过X光，CT，测过敏源，等等。没
用。
可怜孩子年年受罪，冬天和春天daycare有一小半时间都因病在家。我也试过很多偏方
，食疗，自己拨罐，前面一些帖子里提到的基本上都试过，能让孩子暂时舒服一点，也不能根治。
去年夏天，我妈带来一点中药，说给孩子试试。是我家乡一位老中医根据我妈的描述开
的方子。孩子吃了一个月。去年冬天和今年春天，咳嗽明显减少，晚上不咳了，白天轻
微咳，几天就好。今年夏天我女儿回中国，去看了那名医生，当面感谢，妈妈又请他开
了些药，吃了一个月。我估计今年冬天会更好。
我的个人经验是：美国医生耽误人，找个好中医看看吧。另外，冬病夏治是有道理的。 |

述一下问题。我做妈妈的希望孩子健康，完全没有给家里别人挑刺的意思。孩子生病大
家心里都不好受，当然基本所有的后果，照顾病孩都主要是我一个人承担所以很希望能
说服家人和我配合。如果可以我非常想24小时自己亲自照顾病孩以免这些观念的冲突。
但是既上班，又要给老二喂奶，就算我再不吃不睡也没办法让老大完全在我的监护之下。

革开放。包括盖特纳财长1981年骑着自行车在北京学习，也包括他的令尊大人。我跟盖
特纳的关系，在网上他们说我们俩应该是一种，我是他叔叔的关系。因为他的父亲老彼
得是原来福特基金会驻华首代。在80年代那个阶段，我曾经跟他父亲去申请福特基金会
