录音嘴其实都没张开。
我不放松的应该不是下巴，我自己觉得是喉头不够放松，原因是这段音比较高，我
以前从来不唱这么高。。。我自己声带不累，气息相对比较累，因为喉头紧张。
别人听着当然更累。。。当然我自己感觉也可能有误。。。
我那段提笑肌大家听着相对不累的，我自己声带反而有点累，但是气息反而不累。
我觉得是因为能量不够去倾向去 yelling （belting），yelling 会让
声带比较累，因为声带 hitting each other。但是声带不提供气阻，气
息就不那么累。。。当然我自己感觉也可能有误。。。 |

的峰值比较平。谐波列的峰值比较平说明有些频段波形接近一点方波形状。接
近方波形状可能有 belting (yelling) 的倾向。yelling 让人感觉声音在
口腔/嗓子里。如果这个角度说得通的话，FFT 跟听感应该是一致的。 |

我邻居，一个女的，她卧室和我卧室一墙之隔，夜里经常和一个男的大声讲话从一点到
3点。我以前跟
房东说过，没用。后来我敲过几次墙，有所收敛，但是最近又开始了
昨天，他们1点多用浴室把我吵醒，然后就讲到3点，我实在难以忍受就用手敲墙，他们
回敲
过来，我很生气，就拿了一只鞋子敲过去，我估计声音很大。我还对着墙，yell叫她"

第二天，房东给我打电话，说那个女的投诉我敲墙，全楼的邻居都投诉了，吓我一跳

我可以以后打电话报警，不要敲墙，叫我promise,我答应了
心理很不舒服，我知道我过分了，可是已经忍受几个月了。

我昨天晚上带猫回家前不知道他会再次扔猫，我以为当着我的面他不敢，因为我说过马
上报警,而且板上已经有人有意向领养，不管我带着还是找新家猫总有个归宿。回家后
他自然开始yell，我yell 回去，他说我随时可以扔掉，我说你敢，我随时报警。他说
我现在就扔，说着就把猫抓住打开阳台门扔出去，我放下孩子，抓起电话就拨，他一把
夺过去，说电话是他的不许用。我说行我用手机，他又一把夺过手机，说我让你报！后
来我跟他要手机他不给，我就给我哥发电邮，万一我被他弄死这个电邮就是证据。后来
1点多的时候我哥拼命打电话，他没办法把电话还我。我把孩子哄睡下已经精疲力尽了
，不想再斗了。而且我感到自己的安全受到威胁，万一他发起疯来我可能都来不及报警
，我们母子二人不是他的对手。今天下班我还会去找猫，不回家，直接送走寄养，等我
搬出来安顿好再接回去。
让我放假找猫的朋友，我已经好几天迟到了，因为要送孩子，而我攒的假早在生孩子的

主的聲音的訊息，年青人心里不禁怀疑著：“上帝現在還對人們說話嗎？”
課程結束后，他到外面与几個朋友喝咖啡、吃派。他們討論這篇訊息，其他几個人
談到上帝如何在不同的生活帶領他們。年青人開車回家時大約晚上１０點。坐在車內，
他開始禱告：“上帝，如果你還繼續對人說話，請跟我說話，我會听，我會盡一切所能
地服從你。”
在回到他住的小鎮的途中，他有一個停下車“買一加侖牛奶”的奇怪念頭。他搖搖
頭并大聲的說：“上帝那是你嗎？”他沒有得到回答，他繼續開車回家。但再一次，“
買一加侖牛奶”的想法又出來了。這個年青人想起撒母耳沒有認出上帝聲音而跑去找以
利的圣經故事(撒上3:1-21)。“好吧！上帝，假如那是你，我會去買牛奶。”買牛奶并
不是一件很難順服的挑戰，而且他自己也常喝牛奶，隨時用得到。他停下車，買了一加
侖的牛奶，繼續開車回家。
當他經過第七街，他再一次有一個沖動的想法：“轉到第七街去。”他想：“這真
