我们又坐了几个小时的大轿车，一直坐到大湖边的海军训练基地，就是Boot Camp。到
达那里的时候，已经半夜了，好多人都困了，但是不让我们睡觉。
只要一上巴士，那些训练我们的军官，就开始对着我们喊叫（Yell），这就是训练的开
始。“Get off the bus！”（下车！） “Stand in the line！”（站到队里去！）

用作这种辩护，因为你侵害了他人的名誉。不过美国判例里面，政客和名人
大都不受这种保护，除非是不是自己想出名而出名的人，还可以受保护。也就
是说，在美国辱骂政客和名人，通常是言论自由的一部分。
再就是言论自由不能像比如yell fire in a theatre。这种属于speech that
causes clear and immediate danger to the public。这种也是不受言论自由
