到房子close，大约经过2年的时间(之间牵涉到买房子的身份问题约1年之久)，不能
说对买房有多professional的认识，但我看过的房子不下100个，至少有了very ha
nds-on的experience.
这种买房子不想要agent的观点，说得刻薄一点，就是：小家子气。需知，做什么事
情，都需要合作。学商的人尤其应该意识到这一点。这个3%，并不是因为你没有bu
yer agent，就能拿到的。这是我的血泪教训。seller要付的commission，是直接付
给seller agent的，不管出现什么情况，seller都必须要付给他的agent。你能否拿
到这3%，是取决于seller agent是否给你。通常情况下，seller agent会告诉你，
他拿6% commission(其实6%已经不多见了， 常见的是5%)，他现在只收4%，给你2%
(的discount。如果是5%，那么是给你1%。而在transation过程中，由于你没有age
nt,很多时候你是take risk的。

2008秋 self-rated 3.5, 和老太太一起打了四场双打6.5 combo，三胜一负，被
computer给我降回了3.0 C; 然后2009打了一年3.5单打 or 7.0混双，参加州赛两次，+
08年秋季算成09年early start，总胜率70%左右，所以年终回到3.5 B。我打league主
要是为了好玩儿，呵呵，去年春季每周两次，还要下班赶30迈去打球，有的比赛就没什
么状态，不过倒是长了点比赛经验。我们这儿的rating很好玩儿的，基本上属于混沌中
有一点序，呵呵 |
