我的问题是，在高速辅路中间的lane行使的车，还要yield高速下来的车吗？我以前的
理解是只是靠近高速那条辅路开的车才需要yield高速下来的车，因为高速下来的车从
边上lane再插到中间lane应该算普通的变道了。但是有人说所有的辅路access lane都
要yield。德州法律是这样说的，似乎是所有辅路道都要yield.

as good as last Dec when the interest rate was much higher. Many of them

Following the rate cut, the yield curve in Canada inverted out to three
years. Inversion means near-term interest rates are higher than long-term
rates.

部分在高速的人都会yield，因为不yield太危险了，所以不yield人通常会被滴或者叫
sb。有的时候不是nice不nice的问题，我第一次上高速有一个地方不好换道yield，我
又不知道可以减速，就没减速，就看辅道上的车冲我直接冲过来了，我开始也以为是人
家不对，后来想明白了是自己不对。好在我开的快，开过去了。你要是有这种经历，保
证你每次都yield。yield是为自己，也为别人负责。你要是上主道，人人都不yield你
，你不得不停下，限速70的地方你还能再上去吗？ |

你可以赌10 Year 国债的Yield 今年会下降，但是如果实际上Yield 上升了，你持有的
10年国债肯定是亏了。10万元可能变成9万多元。你的Return比不上存CD，Nominal Return 〈0， 更不要说什么CPI， Real Return。
实际上，几乎所有的大投行都预期10 Year 国债的Yield 年底会上升。当然，你可以赌
Yield会下降。
别的东西，你解释得太多了。看得出来，你是Quant背景，虽然讲了很多，不过有些不太明白我的意思。
我只是拿10 Year Yield 举个简单的例子。你却把金融理论全面的讲了一遍，几乎涵盖了MBA/ CFA 50% 以上的Topic

我粗略估了一下道琼斯各成分股，结论是正常偏高一点，当时道指是24100，道琼斯
dividend yield 2.28%，bond yield 2.83%,
现在呢，道指走出了双顶，道指目前是25340，dividend yield和以前一样2.28%，bond
yield 3.16%。
bond yield是真突破还是暂时突破，目前不得而知。但如果bond yield不回落，道指无
疑将继续向下调整，程度和时间就不好说了，本周期将走向尾声。如果bond yield回落
，道指也许还会来个三顶，但很难相信以后会有实质性的新高。
以上谨供参考，希望大家控制好风险。 |

直行绿灯是圆圈，左转相当于yield，这个应该是。至少出了GA到北方各州一定是这样
，直行绿灯左转是让一切车辆，具有最低优先权。但是GA也总是会多一块牌子说左转
yield，所以没有这块牌子就是说左转不用yield？
可以这样考虑，交通规则的制定一向是以双方安全为至上原则，左转的人是不会看到对
方右转是否有yield sign，yield sign的朝向也不可能让左转看到。所以不能做假设左
转就可以做这样的assumption，否则驾车很不安全
另外俺开始说的情况不是左转为了抢道。左转是处于full stop的状况，而且在右拐已
经到路口马上就可以过的时候，左转开始启动，也就是默认右拐会yield。这个我很纳
闷。
另外关于三角这个问题，也是GA比较不一样的地方，别的州很少看见会有keep moving
的牌子，在ATL很常见，这和亚特兰大的地形不规则交通比较复杂车道比较多限速比较
快也有很大关系。至于右拐的yield sign是给直行和左转有左转灯一切优先权的让行。
但是如果右拐方显示的是直行绿灯的时候，右拐应该具有最高优先权。。

I bought CUSIP 18683KAB7, a CLF bond yesterday at 99.545, yield 4.9% for 6
year early this month.
If you want shorter term, PSEC bond CUSIP 74348YKU4 4% yield, Maturity Date
01/15/2018 or CUSIP 74348YNJ6 4.5% yield, Maturity Date 04/15/2019. The
PSEC bond liquidity is worse than CLF because the difference of bid and ask
price can be $1-2 for PSEC in stead of $0.2 for CLF.

MPG目前还没有什么提高，前车主31的MPG,被我给开成了28MPG.估计过一阵起步和加速
更smooth一点，MPG能回去。
另外请教一个问题： 高速度的时候，突然踩离合下去，可以快速松回么？我的车这么
做，会抖一下。必须回到联动点停一下，再抬，才不会抖。
另外我的情况是国内半年偶尔开一两次手动，驾照是手动过的，美国7年自动，最近两
个星期手动。

A driver must yield the right of the way:
1. When direct by a yield sign.
2. When crossing or entering a through highway from a smaller, less traveled
road.

stop信号具有最强的优先级，红灯就不能走。yield的意思是在双方都有权利走的情况
下出让路权给比自己优先级高的车。 所以被红灯禁止通行的车不需要让。
举2作为例子
小路上大路需要yield， 但是如果你在小路上是绿灯大路是红灯，难道大路上的车闯红
灯撞了你是你的全责么？2中可也没有说"有红绿灯控制的车除外"
同样的，7也没有说有左转箭头除外，事实上俄亥俄州法律没有谈到左转箭头绿这个问
题。难道有左转箭头时还要yield对面oncoming traffic?
如果你还不能理解， 那就真没有什么办法了。 |

概念
。WA的Driving Guide特别强调了这一点：
The law says who must yield the right-of-way, it does not give anyone the
right-of-way. You must do everything you can to prevent striking a
pedestrian, on foot or in a wheelchair, or another vehicle, regardless of
the circumstances.
法律说谁必须yield那些情况的ROW，它没有给于任何人ROW。你必须采取任何可能的措
施来防止事故发生。CA的ROW我也看了，也是关于你要yield哪些ROW。具体自己去查
套用法律，那个例子就非常简单：至少在WA，从parking，侧路过来的要Yield 主路车
