, 象Gorge Forman那种两面用电的。我是用Cuisinart的多功能的Grill/Panini maker,
好象八十多块钱。把鸡胸，fish fillet, salmon steak 腌一天，放grill上一盖十几
分钟就好了。很省事。有时候懒得做饭，就弄个whole wheat sandwich,放在grill上几
分钟就变成香喷喷的panini. 其它你还可以在costco买turkey burger, salmon burge
烤。Lean Cruisine 真是少吃为好，太多添加剂了。
没空，或者说不愿意allocate那么多时间到折腾吃的上去。。。你可能难以想象我鸡胸
肉，都是化冻以后，放一瓷碗里，什么作料都不加，微波炉打熟把挤出来的水倒了，倒
