蛋黄水母（学名：Cotylorhiza tuberculata）是钵水母纲根口水母目的海洋生物。还
有一个和希腊神话中的女妖同名的名字“美杜莎”（Medusa）。生活史的主要阶段是单
体、水母型，其水螅型阶段不发达。体型较大，没有缘膜；胃循环腔复杂，辐射管发达
，有内胚层起源的胃丝，胃丝上有刺细胞；生殖细胞起源于内胚层，神经感官较发达，
集中形成8个感觉器官。习海洋生活，水母的武器是鱼叉状触手，当它们碰触到猎物时
，就会射出触手上刺细胞的毒液，猎食它们的猎物。外形和水煮蛋很相似，是地中海最

周末不接受定位，但是还是人满为患，１０点半之前到还不用等很久。
我点的Eggs Benedict，据说voted best in town，还不错。
就是busboy/busgirl太勤快,刚吃得差不多就要来收盘子，大概是等位的人太多了。让
我想到了大学里在肯德基麦当劳复习的时候不停来拖地的阿姨....

个卧室各有一个queen sized bed, 可以拎包入住。地点好，building有24-hour

记得上小学的时候俺妈去广东探亲，回来时带了几个菠萝，第一次闻到这么香的菠萝，
当时眼睛就睁大了，口水也流出来了。这么多年过去了，好象再也没有闻到过那熟悉的
香味了，最近在一本书上看到菠萝包三个字，还有那详细的做法，手不禁开始痒痒了。
好吧！不管成功与失败，总得先去尝试一下对吧！好在运气不错，没有特别失败，也就
算小小的成功了一把。宝贝闺女特爱吃，今天最后一个，边吃还边提醒俺：＂妈妈，最
后一个菠萝包我吃了哈？＂
做法复杂，强力不推荐，前后花去三小时。很悲催的是，这个方子里用的是罐头装的菠
萝，而且还只需要一勺，真不过瘾😄
发酵小面团原料：
1/4 ounce 干发酵粉
3/4 teaspoon 糖
1/2 cup 温水
3/4 cup bread flour

餐馆的装饰走的是modern/chic的路子，光线比较暗，音乐不吵。进门是bar，比较空，

原料:
1.200G蛋糕粉(差不多2 1/4CUP)
2.1 CUP SUGAR(糖可多可少,根据个人喜好)
3.少许 BAKING POWDER 不加也行
4.1 TEASPOON SALT
5.1/2 CUP OIL
6.1/2 CUP MILK
7.1/4 CUP HONEY
8.8 LARGE EGG YOLKS
9.8 LARGE EGG WHITE
10.1/2 TEASPOON CREAM OF TARTAR(没有的话,可用几滴醋)
步骤:
预热烤箱325度.
1.先将蛋白和蛋黄分离分别装在两个容器里.
2.用打蛋器将蛋黄打得有些发白即可,加入原料5-7.继续用打蛋器搅拌一会,均匀即可.
3.将原料1-4混匀(糖可先用一半),筛入打好的蛋黄里,可分两次筛入,用打蛋器打匀.也

大概2周稳定下来之后，会每周update 1-2次，暂时还是每天update.
周二休息了
今天恢复训练，前天的力量训练昨天休息后，双臂和后背的酸痛大减，第一次体验到了 after-
burn 的效果
今天训练完后，体重为 175.2 磅 (昨天没运动，饮食正常，居然减了1.8 磅，当然其中有部分是
训练后的脱水，不过周一的体重177磅也是训练后测量的)
-- 饮食:
4 meals
breakfast ($5): egg whites 1/2 pounds + oatmeal + 1 egg yolk
lunch ($8): veggies + fish fillet + small amount of chicken breast
meal 3 ($2): fruits
meal 4 ($7.5): 1 whole wheat wrap + chicken breast + veggies (lettuce,
tomato, carrot and broccoli)
