屋近期宣布进行绩效改革，将原来以开单总量为提成标准变为目前以佣金总量为提成标
准。但刚刚宣布完薪资改革的爱屋吉屋方面却在发薪水时遭到了上海多家门店员工的质
疑。“就拿我为例，我上个月算起来绩效至少要有3800元，但爱屋吉屋这边只发给了我
1500元，少发了我2000多元。”江宇表示。

总结一下过的可能原因
3单砍的反而都是GUEST ORDER，感觉如果有MULTIPLE地址，不同信用卡，就不用担心。
同一地址尽量用不同信用卡。
两单过的是我和LD的沃玛帐号，现在貌似一个帐号只给过一单。再多ORDER就会砍单。
但是应该还没有关小黑屋吧～
最后，合理搞丢，不要盯着一家店死搞，这样很容易把店搞死，最后大家都没得搞。个
人感觉一家店最多3单，我一般就一到两单，一单一到两个。利润还是比较客观的，加
上沃玛店多。就这些吧～ |

号得到广泛运用，已被实践证明是简单有效的。但是这么好的一个合理方法，在美国就
没人学习。
我们这里有多条老商业街，处于交通极度繁忙状态，停车成了老大难。本地政府的做法
是把街道的一边当作临时停车，另一边则早六点到晚十点前不许停车。这非常不公平，
因为不许停车的那一边的商家生意因此大受影响。其实如果实行单双日，两边轮流停车
，则大家都高兴，也方便了顾客，但老美偏偏不用。
同样的麻烦在住宅区也很普遍。很多老房只有一个车库，甚至根本没车库，于是房前的
on street parking成了紧缺资源。因为根据法律，房前的那段街道不属于屋主，所以
经常发生A屋的车长期停在B屋门前这种合法不合理的情况，甚至导致过拔枪互射的悲剧
。其实如果使用单双号，这个问题就迎刃而解了，但偏偏没人搞。
不是政府笨，连单双号都学不会，而是他们根本不愿学，认为纯属给自己找麻烦。有什
么意见，你们随便提;闹出什么矛盾，你们可以去打官司。最多投票把市长选下去，反
正政府各部门没义务管这种闲事。 |

我们在现在的屋子住了大概3年，一直没什么问题。最近邻居在我们的前院里把两家边
界的冬青（或者其他灌木）之类的去掉了，他们想修个fence。现在边界那里是一排土
坑。因为有个电力公司的井在我们的边界靠马路的地方（不能在上面修fence)，他们想
把fence往我们家这边挪过边界大概1fee多。
邻居昨天说，我们的前任屋主修后院的fence的时候，把后院的fence往他们那边挪了将
近2 feet。他们说当时他们没有说什么。这是我买房子以前的事情了，那个后院的
fence估计至少修了10年以上了。
邻居昨天晚上跟我们说，如果我们不同意他们在前院占我们的地方修fence, 他们就让
我们把后院两家之间的fence重修一下，让出占了他们的地方，让我们一个月完成（他
老公对我们说的，态度还挺不好）。
今天他们又说他们在前院会把fence新建在他们的board line的一边。估计以后他们会

一单通过，其他全部被砍。昨天下一单，被砍，今天换了帐号下不同的东西，又被砍。
太气人了。以后再也不在他家下单了。
