since an audit in charge in one engagement can act as an audit senior in
another engagement and vice versa. The difference in the salary should be
based on each one's performance. Also, a CPA audit senior will be paid
higher than a non-CPA.
Tax senior is generally paid higher than an audit senior, but I don't think
the gap will be that much. Both audit and tax have 3 levels for their
seniors - an audit senior making $61,000 |
