接着它就给出了计算Dilutive EPS 的方法，下面这部分我感觉很疑惑

发帖数: 5 | 3 终于有人回答了，太感激了，但我还是不明白，我是这么想的，公司付了60k的利息，
买方扣税后收到36k，但不管怎么样这60k是公司出的，现在债转股了，要加回的也是
60k啊，怎么会是36k？？望指教

买方扣税，你这个说的是bond holder自己的tax，而不是这个公司的tax
这个公司少支出interest expenses 60k，这60k就是EBT了，自然要缴税，net income
在税后增加36K，这36K就是retain earning属于equity了
