流程都是一样的
去看精华区～联系behavior question.
跟你1st round的问题差不多 只是换成是partner了
audit据说每年都都招百来人呢

I had 1st round interview with 2 DT person.
One is a senior manager and another is partner.
The night before the 1st round we had reception with senior managers and
partners from Pittsburgh and Philly office.
I required to go to NYC office,so probably have to go through this again.

that's the 2nd round where you will be going through office interview.
probably a pre interview dinner the night before
2 interviewer the following day.
should be done by noon, and you go out to lunch w/ staff
get out by 3 in the afternoon...
if you get an offer, you get a call from the partner that interview you in a
few days. |

I came to the U.S right after graduating from high school 3 years ago.
Currently I am a accounting and finance majors with minor in business
economics.
My strong academic back ground,leadership activities, and several internship
experiences are what make me different from other competitors.
I am holding 3.74 GPA which is reasonably for most Chines students studying
in the U.S. I had several accounting internship experiences with local

big4 love people with this kinda background.
GPA+ leadership +experience
but I heard if they interviewed for intern, and you got rejected, your
chances of getting a full time interview in the following is very minimum...
maybe this is not true at your area. |

我今年申Deloitte的intern在2nd round过后被拒了，我觉得是leadership方面的问题
没有答好。 明年春有个kpmg的2nd round.我一定要学习楼主认真准备behavioral
interview的精神！
