engagement letter 里吗？
2. 如果有estimated fees, 那要员工填billable hours 的time sheet 的意思是实际的
audit fees 还是完全取决于这写billing hours 吗 (减掉一些合理的write-offs) ？
3. 一般来讲， 实际的audit fees 与estimated fees 有多大差别？
4. 似乎每个级别的员工的billing hour rate 差别挺大的。 如果是这样的话，
accounting
firm 会不会根据client 的重要性来选择派一定的成员构成来审计（比如说很少
seniors or
partners)

2. time are more for the purpose of managing the engagement. accountants are
not billed by the hours like the lawyers, but kinda put the price tag on our
time for internal management purpose.
3. if the engagement went well, nothing blow up that was the client's fault,
you probably are not going to over bill them. You just get it more back the
following year.
4. of course individual within the audit team are selected based on
experience...but cost is not the concern, more like experience | X******g
