1, one is in financial reporting, 80k with signon bonus 6K
2, another one is internal auditing, 76k, with annual bonus 8% (not
guaranteed but pretty steady and can go up if the company is making money.
only time no-payout is 2008)
1, is a relatively small company with 2 billion revenue, company culture is
a little tough, benefit not good, a lot work, but can learn a lot. co-workers are nice. they
are pretty nice to me, giving me signon bonus for personal reason.
2, fortune 30 company, travel 30%, including to china once a yr (personally
tired of traveling). benefit better than #1. team is not that friendly. no negotiation on salary.
i have done a little bit of private, public and internal audit before.
don't know which to choose~~please help!!! | c********n

I am working in a very small company, but have very nice coworkers, working
happily everyday which is the most important thing to me. I got 3 times pay
increase within 10 months.
