系了，提上去对我还算满意，然后告诉我公司愿意给的公司和benefit。现在要和
recruiter见面。
第一次。不知道见面后，如果recruiter满意，下面会怎么样？一般这种情况下能拿到
offer的机会大吗？谢谢 |

personality. So if you don't get this job they will find another opportunity
that fits you in the future.

发帖数: 40 | 5 A good recruiter's reputation is also on the line when he/she refers
candidates, esp. if that recruiter wants to build a long term relationship
with the hiring manager/s. The recruiter is performing the initial scan if
you will. Try to make sure you have decent communication skills, better
understand what you look for and get to know you better. Some prefer to
meet, and others may only want to talk on the phone.
