I just interviewed with Deloitte for a full time position this Monday. I got
a lot of behavioral questions. The interviewer was a tax manager. She got a
list of questions in front of her and asked me questions. Then she wrote
down my answers on another form.
At the end, she let me ask her questions. I had a feeling that Deloitte
likes the students to answer a lot of questions, at least like 5 questions.
However, my friend interviewed with another tax manager for the same
position with Deloitte. He didn't get any behavioral questions. He and the
interviewer had a 30 minutes' conversation.
I got the second round interview. I haven't heard if my friend got it yet. |

Q2. Tell me an example you gave detail instruction when you are a leader
Q3. If one of your colleagues don't like to communicate, what would you do?
There are two more questions that I can't remember now. I will update if
they come back to me :) |
