It is called "Basic Education Catalog". I think this is a very important
document for newbies. I don't understand why SOA doesn't put it in a more
accessible place.
It gives you a big picture about your career ladders as an Actuary. Among
others, it includes asscociation introductions, exams information (it is
official), and qualification requirements.
