You can wait till you get the score.
If your score is unreasonably low from your expectation.
You can contact them.

If I request to review my exam, I wonder what they will tell me and how
detail it is. Will they tell me which questions I did correctly and which
not?
Generally, how much does it cost me to review the exam and how long I will
get response from them?

Since it is multiple choices exam. The prob of wrong grading is tiny.
Unless they lost your answer sheet or misplaced somewhere.
There is no cost. Just contact the committe.
They will reply you.

I got response from SOA already regarding manual grading. I am allowed to
request hand scoring within 60 days of the grade released. It costs $50.
