SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
This Settlement Agreement (hereafter “Agreement”) is entered into by
and between the American Academy of Actuaries (the “Academy”) and Bruce D.
Schobel (“Mr. Schobel”). The Academy and Mr. Schobel may hereafter be
