intern.
This is because companies want to hire entry-level people who takes a while
to become ASA/FSA, i.e. those who work hard while stay cheap for several
years. |

后还强调说绝对没有什么全过了更难找工作一说。。。但是我确实看到好多帖子说过太
多考试更难找工作。。希望大家已经工作了的能来说一下实际情况。。。 |

发帖数: 75 | 11 貌似有一点，我们公司今年发出的OFFER，一个FM,一个P，三个P,FM,MLC,都是FULL-
TIME. 然后给了刚发的三个SUMMER INTERN的OFFER，也都是不超过两个EXAM的。不过我
觉得我很大的可能是因为EXAM越少，公司PAY的越少。ENTRY-LEVEL的人，公司不想多花
钱 |

MFE+intern。跟招人的coordinator聊过，据说，只要能过考试，而且考分不错，就证
明you have the ability to pass exams.Intern相对来说比考试加分多，因为做过
intern的人对精算的工作有一个大概的了解。所有的preliminary都过的话，估计
consulting firm更喜欢吧。 |

or the full-timers hired by a company as there most likely exist other
correlations between exams passed and other important qualities company look
for in the students. I am not trying to be biased, but for example,
Chinese and Malysian students tend to pass more exams than the Americas, and
yet the Americn students often have other qulities which may be more

But I do believe the following:
For companies that have a structured rotational program (which most big
insurance companies do), new-hires are supposed to do several rotations
before move on to more senior/managerial level. Also, salaries are strictly
linked with exam performaces. For someone coming in with 5 exams, he/she
will be an ASA within a year, and may become FSA/FCAS within 2-3 years----
