精算起薪不高，涨得快而已，毕竟那么多门考试涨得钱在哪呢

i don't know of any company where 考试过了只给bonus. I guess most (at least
more than half) companies automatically raise you after you pass an exam.
另外，靠考试涨钱太慢了，如果你在health
I was talking about entry lv. it is not hard for an actuarial student to
pass 2 exams in the first year he/she joins the company and if so, I guess
the raise from exams will be about 10%.
however, i do agree that 跳槽 is usually a good way to 涨钱

我刚开始读master，看了看学校的课程设置，正好跟考试匹配，
还想着上完课接着考试，每学期一两门，
毕业前把preliminary的都过了呢
这样子就不好涨工资了？

65000) so that your salary will be based on how many exams you have passed.
based on my experience, I think 3-4 exams before your first job would be
best. no less than 3. just my opinion.

entry-level的平均起薪是51000+2000X考试通过的数
另外，如果你没有实习经验，可能还要低，我就知道不少在中部过4-5门的才给45000

I know SunLife offered 63000 to entry lv employees with 3 exams last year.
anyway, it was just an example. don't take it seriously.

reinsurance.
On the high end, I know someone with starting salary of 70+ for entry level
and 3-4 exams.
On the low end it will be around 50.
I'd set my expectations low if I'm looking.
