屏幕，然后客服非要说，屏幕坏了，所有的warranty都没了。 然后给我这段，说屏幕
坏了，手机其他parts就不再投保范围内了。 P话。 他们非要我先秀屏幕然后再帮我修
speaker。
想问下这种情况除了bbb，还能有其他办法么？

product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Apple; (d) to

Provider; (e) to a product or part that has been modified to significantly
alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Apple; (
f) to consumable parts, such as batteries, unless damage has occurred due to
a defect in materials or workmanship; or (g) if any Apple serial number has
been removed or defaced. |

好了。前段时间MacBook pro的充电器皮裂了，很多小线头出来。去问也说是人为原因

发帖数: 14281 | 7 这是因为屏幕裂了条缝，不拆可能不要紧，一旦拆下来就很可能掰两半没法再装回去了
吧。这种情况你要人只换喇叭不换屏幕是强人所难，拆之前谁也不能保证屏幕不会碎开
啊。
