上周在mitbbs上看到有人推荐apple tv，想到价钱也不贵($95)，就进了个一个。
主要目的倒不是为了airplay——至今还没怎么用过这个功能——而是看上了两点：
1. 电视上看netflix
用apple tv直接接电视上就可以streaming netflix，还是很方便的。
2. 看中文节目
其实我们家平时不看中文电影电视剧。不过要是老人来了，还是需要的。
花了十几个小时研究破解攻略，走了很多弯路，反反复复试了很多次，终于搞成功，还
是很有成就感的。

graphic processor的问题。 。。。明显logic board,和graphic processor就是一起
的，因为显卡的问题，主板设计和散热都有问题。死活要花500刀，不能免费，然后找
apple 客服，说那个apple repair service不准，要我再换一个。nnd， 那个不是你自
己授权培训的阿？最近的apple store要开车2小时单程，周六过去，不给换就赖着不走
了。。。

人身攻击帖子，包括本次的帖子。其他马甲的类似帖子我就不贴了。
Apple的版主貌似有条版规，对攻击苹果用户的攻击要严惩，换句话说就是对非苹果用
户的攻击可以忽略。就算如此，此人也曾因为人身攻击被封过七天。在其他版因为类似
原因也被封过多次，自己去Notice版搜吧。屡教不改的，下次再犯还要封得更多。

说到底，这些EMAILS最多可以旁证当年台湾唯冠确实是想要连大陆的TM一起卖掉的，可
是问题是最后的法律效力合同不是这样签的呀，实在是APPLE自己疏忽了。。。。举个
例子，A公司想要买一个B跨国公司，B公司在几个不同国家有独立法人子公司，那最终
的法律文件就可能要包括每个子公司的单独买卖合同呀（当然还要看各国法律的具体规
定），不可能想到然就在B公司总部签一份当地有效的合同就可以了的。。。。
我相信这疏忽也有APPLE看不太起唯冠的潜意识，包括用IPADL的皮包公司的手段，看看
APPLE从CISCO买iPhone TM，就没敢用同样的手段，直接正大光明的谈了。不管是顾忌
美国法律还是CISCO的律师力量。。不也没花太多的钱（那时APPLE还没有iPhone大卖后
的财大气粗呢）。。。
就算APPLE认为被台湾唯冠欺诈（因为TW合同上有包括China TM），那也和大陆唯冠没

A: 我很早就开始用iMac和iPod了。反正我有钱，别人越舍不得买，我买了越值得。花

不过，他们家产品走越来越廉价的路线，现在太多人用了，显不出我的品位和不同了。
B: 早就听说Apple的产品简单漂亮，问题就是太贵。不过现在iPhone的合约价也还好，
那就是无脑选择了。使用下来就是好用，句号。虽然升级新的系统后，老的手机有点卡
，Home Button也不太好使了，但这也正常。等合约到期了，再去买个新版的。
