LG今天教完课回家的路上经过一间Apple店.LG是电子产品爱好者，第一代ipad出来的时

事情经过：
用自己信用卡买的apple gift卡，在apple网站订了6个ipad一个订单一张卡，但收件人
是室友的名字。这批ipad都被apple自动召回，按理他们应该把钱退回到我买的那个fg
卡上。但几个月过去了，一直没退。一会说某日已经寄给我了，但卡寄到另外一个地址
（没告诉我什么地址），说收件人已经在local apple店里花了这笔款。一会说退到买
gf卡的信用卡上，事实上没收到。反正他们结论是apple不能再给我退两次钱了。通话
过程中也不让录音，让我自己去找local的反欺诈部门报告case。
有两个疑点：
1）他说报的总款和我该得到的总款不一致；
2）如果通过律师找他们，假设apple认定为reseller，有多严重的结果。
谁有类似经历，请给出一些建议及可能咨询的人。谢谢！ |

类似的恶劣行为都必须直接向站务投诉才能得以解决。相信站方也是有记录的。
另外想问问laufine对Apple版的情况是否是通过到PDA版面发帖抱怨Apple版的人那里了
解来的？因为你申请材料对Apple版的指责不符合事实。楼上支持你申请的人不少是
喜欢在Apple版发表对苹果负面观点的帖子的人(只要没有PA GA这些帖子都保留了的，
不相信请自己去查)，请问这个说明了什么问题？

昨天凌晨时分，王小姐被一个北京的电话吵醒，接通电话后对方称是某银行信用卡的客服，并称发现她的信用卡有使用异常。“三更半夜接到这种电话，我猜是个诈骗电话。”王小姐略带气愤地挂断了电话。
早上醒来后，翻看到手机里有多条信用卡被消费的信息，她才意识到，原来自己的信用卡真被盗刷了。粗略一算，总共被盗刷7笔，损失美金近1862元，人民币1054元。卡就在自己身边，为何会被别人异地盗刷？王小姐猜测，这可能跟她两天前进行Apple Pay 绑定有关。业内人士表示，这可能就是一次普通的盗刷行为，王小姐的手机或使用网络前就被植入了病毒，从而相关信息被盗。目前，王小姐及银行方均已报警。

代工厂尽量用自动化来解决人工问题，甚至购买整条流水线建造的设备。
Apple也给富士康很多钱开发自动化生产设备。
只是，制造不是一个简单的问题，并不是用机器人可以装配iPhone的。
还有一个很大的问题，即便Apple自己也有制造工程师，但他们的主要工作并不是研究
如何制造，而是懂得代工厂如何制造的工艺和成本，作为杀价的工具。
Apple实际是一个很坏的公司，他们给中国的代工厂大约1%-2%的利润，并要求代工厂签
那种丧权辱国的代工协议。
Apple有些零件也由三星制造。因为有些零件只能三星制造，Apple就只能让三星开价。
所以，除了中国之外，那个国家能达到给Apple代工的要求和产能？
不要讲红头阿三，差得远了。

天Apple一家的出货就是1.5亿台。
笔记本电脑的组装，即便在15年前，也是比现在手机好做得多。
台湾一共2000万人，而富士康在中国有100万工人之多，还不包括台湾和美国的员工。

我和Apple供应链打过交道，Apple绝对不会把鸡蛋放在一个篮子里，台湾的政治稳定性
和产能一直是Apple关心的问题。大约10年前的台湾地震，就使得Apple下决心开始把生
产逐步转移到中国。这是为什么Apple的订单会分给几家台湾公司做，而所有台湾公司
的生产基地几乎都在中国。
最近有报道广达在考虑把销售到美国的服务器移到美国生产，估计也只是简单的组装而
已，而服务器数量怎么可以和手机类消费电子比，况且服务器每台的配置都不一样，本
身就有本地服务的要求。
单为川普的贸易战加税把产业链移出中国，很难。过了几年，说不定只是2年，川普下
台，换个美国总统都不会这么做，会把川普的政策全废除，难道再把工厂重新移回来？ |

偷，我几乎跟贼擦肩而过，然后我马上意识到了，但还是没有抓住。马上报警，同时用
iphone登录find my iphone，按下了play sound。20分钟之后我电脑居然出现在了五迈
之外的一个星巴克，旁边有家apple store。911让我先去，到了确认了是贼之后再打
911。我马上和朋友驱车前往，20分钟到了那，问苹果店，他们说刚才确实有个黑人拿
来一台macbook pro要求erase all the data，拿来的时候电脑还在beeping，就是find
my iphone的滴滴声。但是Apple Store technician居然在这样的情况下很快的时间就
把电脑给erase掉了！我直接惊呆了。电脑需要密码才能登陆，屏幕上也有我的名字，
Apple ID和password贼也不知道，最重要电脑当时在报警啊！Technician居然就帮贼把
数据擦掉然后让贼走了！连贼ID都没查名字都没有问！那家苹果店(oakridge)在mall里

偏软件一点，加上刚毕业工作不到一年，所以抱着好奇和试一试又不会怀孕的心态去打

最初是apple的recruiter在linkedin上联系我，山寨到木有job description，俺还是
很贱的发了resume过去。省略其中一些磨唧的过程，然后hr开始setup电面
电面两轮，
1 hiring manger，问了一些我现在的工作内容，为什么感兴趣这个position，和一些
本科水平的专业问题，比如做FFT是基于对时域信号的什么假设，Nyquist thereom，
Green's frunction之类
2. 招人组的一个engineer，还是问你为什么要apply这个position，问了一些c编程的
问题，也是那种网上可以搜到的常见问题 比如static和constant区别，如果要在无限
循环中 allocate heap memory如何防止crush（lz脑残的没有答出来），另外还有一些
物理方面的问题，内容过于暴露此处省略
两个电面都是四十分钟左右

。但是现在7寸的IPAD根本不可能有了。
Jobs周三在ER会议上疯狂批判7寸Tablet以及Android，是个很明显的信号了。Apple对
这两者非常担心，疯狂的批判对手其实是心虚的表现。
Jobs从来没参加过ER会议，这次非常罕见，而且如此激烈地批判对手（骂了大概10来分
钟），其实可见其对这两个竞争对手有多重视（或者是害怕？）。
Apple预计明年初会出ipad第二代。但是目前IPAD的销售不如人意，7寸tablet假日期间
一旦出货，Apple的销售必然会受到影响。
不少人现在手上屯Apple的，如果不在短期出货，那就是最后站岗的。 |
