有的说越狱，有的说破解，我知道IPHONE是不一样的意思，对于APPLE TV是不是都一个
意思？
还有APPLE TV有什么功能？ 越狱以后APPLE TV能做什么？花钱的NETFLIX除外。
APPLE是不是通过WIFI和INTERNET连上，APPLE TV通过HMDI CABLE和电视连在一起，这
样可以观
看NETFELIX的付费节目，如果破解了，也有免费的节目是吗？
通过APPLE TV能不能在电视里播上我的PC里的VIDEO比如下载的电影？ 能不能通过

The Reno Gazette-Journal reports that Apple has proposed investing up to &#
36;1 billion over the next ten years to build a new data center and other
facilities in the Reno, Nevada area. The data center would be located in

Reuters and AllThingsD report that U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh granted a
preliminary injunction against the sales of the Samsung Galaxy Tab in the U.
S.
The ruling is the latest in the ongoing legal battle between Apple and
Samsung. Apple had accused Samsung of copying the design of Apple's iPad
and iPhone products. Apple has previously sought and won injunctions
against the sale of the same Samsung tablet in other countries.

不信去看看iphone 4的外壳，其精度之高，质量之好真可以说
是成功工业产品的典范，整个手机业界除了nokia的顶级产品可
以勉强一比外，其他连做外壳sony都差上三条大街，更不要说
棒子和台湾的那些还停留在ABS外壳层次的垃圾货了。
当然，外壳好了成本就高了，成本高了还能不能有人买，问题
就来了，当年Sony也做过这样的高端产品，结果无人问津只好
自讨没趣走了。
问题是为啥苹果做个外壳能吸引这么多人包括本版的许多ID在
内的许多落后国家来的外国人的喝彩？我觉得是Apple刻意塑造
了自己叛逆的一种文化形象，整个apple的文宣，无论是对jobs

现在看来iPad是对ebook readers的defensive play。否则万一这些readers
站稳了ebook市场，再改进一下，有了彩色和video，对apple会有威胁。

对于iPhone，Apple恐怕要打价格战。首先他连CPU都自制了，成本肯定有所降低。
而且16G iPad wifi+3g才629，都和iPhone裸机一个价钱了。Apple股票跌，
恐怕是大家在try to price in the worse case of an iPhone price war.

on two patents described as “method for performing a countdown function

我向来是以灌水为乐趣，但是这次出差回来突然觉得无聊，还是往水里加点杂质吧。既
然戏班很多人的生计与PC有密切关系，就以这个为话题。今天说说系统的硬件。
此行拜访了几个PC行业的大的ODM和OEM，在台湾、日本和大陆。我的感觉是PC东山再起
的机会就在眼前--其实这种感觉很可笑，PC从来没有真正衰落，又何来复兴？
OEM的系统设计能力在降低，但是利润在提高。五六年到十几年前的PC有很多低端的，
利润有限；但是现在随着技术的进步和用户淘汰旧PC，利润率在显著提高，大概提高了
十个百分点；不光是利润最厚的CPU部分，PC几乎所有的部分，即使是微不足道的
sensor，利润都在提高。
为什么OEM的设计能力在降低呢？因为ODM的能力在提高。现在在台湾设计一个板子只要
一个月的时间。华人千方百计寻找捷径、创造捷径的能力被发挥到极致。他们从来不相
