一声被撞了，车子又向前轻撞了我前面的车子。还好后面是小车，我也是小车，三个车
上人都没事。后面肇事车也只是前面有损失，连气让都没出来，不过不能动了。
打了911后十分钟警车就来了，三个人分别看DL，Insurance，Registration，再是分别
问详细情况。第二个问我，有问被撞时有没有full stop，我所不sure了，almost full
stopped，他态度挺温和，接着说，just like you have done everything supposed
to do? 我说yes。现在回想这里有点问题，警察可能在看是不是我先撞了前面的车，再
被撞。不过有一点我描述的很清楚，我说过我是先被撞，然后前冲又撞前面车的。
我现在有几个问题是
1）听说发生大小车祸都要向DMV report，我这已经有police report，还需要吗？我是
在加州。
2）对方保险是Murcury，效率极低，周一早上的事，昨天才有assigned adjuster,打电
话过去没接，今天还得接着打。 请问这种情况，和保险公司打交道要注意些设么？

incident report. Today before I try to fill out the driver's crash report, I
called the crash report department in TX and ask whether I need to do that
since the policeman already have the report. The agent in the phone told me
I don't need to do that. They will have the policeman's report on file and
don't need two copies of report. That's what I got. Hope it helps. |

This report is completed by a driver involved in a traffic crash when the
crash is not investigated by a law enforcement officer and apparent damage
is $1,000 or more or when the crash resulted in injury or death.
