before a stop sign and (2) forget to bring car insurance card.
For (2), I will need to appear on court. With the hope that no fine will be
needed.
But for (1), I told the policeman that I will pay. Then the citation shows
that I will pay and no court appearance is needed.
But many people told me, if you pay this time, it is hard to get waived

着车，突然觉得时空倒转，回到三藩。。。心在颤，手在抖，瞬间闪过一念头，要不然
打上应急灯趴到路边歇歇？瞬间又想，还是不要了，万一警察走上来嘘寒问暖，恐怕症
状更甚。。。Tnnd，大头里面再一次“噌~滴”冒出了那句 I need a hug~~ 这个不切
实际的小泡泡飘过脑海之后狠狠笑了自己一下，anyway紧紧握着方向盘，小心翼翼开过
去。。。
记得警局里面policeman很professional很平静又很关切地说 let me know if you
need anything，那个傻兮兮的悠悠狠狠地点点头 I'm ok...他转身过去之后，人生头
一次脑袋里突然冒出了一句 I need a hug...笑了自己一下，缺乏安全的基本需求，再
坚强也有弱弱的时候，不管男女老少，让我hug一下就好，哪怕是个毛绒玩具也好。。。
刚才在gym里一边慢悠悠滴走着跑步机一边回想，这件p事，都过去几个月了，也和不同
的人唠叨过很多遍了，事无巨细写实的version，轻描淡写汇报的version，祥林嫂的抱

traffic light 只能左lane 左转），到我车前，我来不及刹车，我车右前灯及bump 撞到他的左前
车门。我的车被他的车带到转了45度。 在我们后边正好有个policeman 经过,这个policeman 随急
处理了这起事故。但是慌乱中，我
没有照相留下evidence。 这个policeman也没有写report， 仅让我们交换保险信息 就结束了.
今天联系保险，被告知，对方说我撞了他， 是我的责任。而且谎称，他在左边 lane 行驶，左转。
我加速，撞到他。。。
我的保险称，如果没有witness, 就没办法证明他说的是错的。也就是说他的保险cover
他的， 我的保险cover 我的损失，所以没有further action.
我有几点不明；
1。 policeman 起到什么作用？他完全可以根据现场的车的位置推断谁的责任，为什么
他仅仅让我们交换保险了事？难道现场的policeman 都不出report 指出是谁的责任吗？

incident report. Today before I try to fill out the driver's crash report, I
called the crash report department in TX and ask whether I need to do that
since the policeman already have the report. The agent in the phone told me
I don't need to do that. They will have the policeman's report on file and
don't need two copies of report. That's what I got. Hope it helps. |

Thanks for all your suggestions.
I went to the local police department yesterday and made a record for this
incident. The policeman is very nice and told me I can call 911 next time
when the attack is happening. As for this incident the policemen will
contact owner to make a record. The policeman will also issue a report to
the animal control department and they will follow up. I will check with the
animal control department later this week.
