in Exeter NH. The total rent fee is 29.95$ per day +11.05$ insurance per day.
They totally charged me 205$.

应该是你打电话去，保险公司会让你说过程，之后保险公司会找对方确认，如果对方的
说法跟你一致，一切都好办；否则就要证据，这个时候police report应该是最有用的
，其他的证人，照片什么的也有用。
警察的中立是看到什么说什么，当然可以做证；即然他说看到了，应该没什么问题，从
你的描述来看，显然是对方的问题

. 我觉得我有权停在自家门口even if it's residential parking only，八成

我们在一条市内只有35 mile的路上行驶，时速低于限速。车道只有3条，左右2边的是
往返的车，中间一条是左右转的道。我们在T型路口准备左转。我们减速并打开左转灯
，对面车道没有车。但是，等我们还未转完就听见砰的一声，自己的车向前冲，很快转
了180度。幸好，我们都系了安全带，没什么影响。我们下车后，看到自己的车右后边的塑料盘裂了
，里面的泡沫垫子也裂了，但没其他的损伤。下车后，才看到还有2辆车被撞了。这条

十字路口我从纵向向横向左转，我刚开始转的时候左转交通灯是绿色的，我发誓，我转
之前看过对面的街上根本没有车in motion，也根本没有车等着直行。我刚转出去二分

话了。他们说去看车，确定情况。我现在有几件事情不明白;
1. 我觉得我没错。那个人超速。但是因为路口没有camera，我说的话没有证据啊。

took a good friend, a mineral water bottle of gas, and a jump start cable to

Lane上的车停着等变灯，所以没看到他车前有个小墨行人。等我都减了速停了车了，向

退。我觉得我可能压倒他脚了，就后退了。
然后小墨一脸痛苦，一瘸一拐的过来，操着西班牙语跟我说话，我就听懂了"100
dollars"和一句“are you policeman”。我用英语告诉他，我没100，但我可以立刻带
他去医院。他又西语了一番，我听懂了其中夹杂的"50 dollars"。我说我没50，我身上
就20. 他又还价到50.然后我实在听不懂西语，无奈打了911.打911的时候接线员问要不
要救护车，我就问他要不要，他西语了一番，我听懂了"100 dollars".等警车的时候我
还问他要不要上车坐，外面挺冷的你又受伤了，结果人家完全无视了我的英语，反复强
调着100刀，50刀，并最终折扣到了25刀。
警察过来之后要了我的信息，fire dept过来，看了他的脚。然后一个会西语的警察问

the policeman in case he/she did not notice there is a kid in your car. |

confession by saying I will pay the fine which implies you admitted the
offense.
You can call the court and requesting a court date, for first offenders,
your citation normally will get dropped by the judge.
For you 2nd citation, all you need to do is bring your proof of insurance to
the court, the judge should dismiss the case.

The judge dismissed my "no insurance" case immediately since this is my
first citation.
But for "not stopping enough time before the stop sign", since I signed the
"guilty" form, she arranged a hearing for me. I need to go to the court
again, with the hope that I will be claimed no guity.
If finally "no guilty", will it still affect the insurance?

TVB (yellow ticket) = no plea bargain. only bet is the policeman does not
show up.
non-TVB (white ticket) = possible plea bargain, no points, just money.
Worst case: you have 3 or 2 points, but your insurance co. will forgive
your 1st timer. just my guess. |

这是你鉴定Geico保险是否垃圾的好机会。
（１）你的保底是自付deductable＄５００，人车又没大事，所以不急。
（２）先不要用自己的全保，这会让Geico借机涨你保险.
一定要催Geico查找对方车牌号,Geico一般故意拖延５-10天.
希望你等不急自付.然后借机涨你保险.
其实查找对方车牌就是几分钟的事.
(3)耐心等Ｇeico查到对方信息，让对方负全责。你一分钱不付，不涨保险.
你有警察报告对你极有利。Policeman said "hit & run is a crime".
(4)你和家人不舒服看病都是对方要要付医药费。
(5)一般保险公司在你等不急自付后,后来又要到对方赔偿是不会退给你的。
(6) 有时候对方和自己是同一保险公司，保险公司涨双方的保险，
