He was doing just right, and perfectly legal, and was a very responsible
person as being a watch dog. It doesn't matter he wanted to be a policeman
or not, his behavior was totally appropriate at that right moment. Any
evidence that his behavior has anything to do with his motivation to become
a policeman? or just your wild guess?

等着它MERGE完，再MERGE..看着前面车已经发动准备MERGE了，于是我迅速扭头准备看
旁边有没有车，准备merge，不知怎么的，突然就发现俺的车以掩耳不及盗铃的疯狂速
度亲上了前面那辆VAN的PP,大叔VAN的玻璃一片粉碎，洒落在地上。。。俺都不知道发
生了什么，立即战战兢兢的给POLICEMAN打电话，POLICEMAN来了，说这个小的事故，完
全不用打电话给911：（郁闷。。。然后互换了信息，俺发现那辆97年的VAN居然跑了87
万迈之多。。天啊！俺的TOYOTA估计是活不到这个岁数的。不知道保险公司会怎样裁决
，有达人指点下么？：）。。。 |

traveled from Atlanta to Birmingham on I-20 , and was followed by a Georgia
policeman near Alabama-Georgia border for speeding. He ignored and drove 10
more mile after passing border. The Georgia police continued to follow him.

Boston里面有个政府的医院， ICU（intensive care unit），经常接从监狱里送来的昏迷的病入膏肓的重病犯人，可是，每个班得要两个五大三粗的policeman守着，以防病人害人。重病犯人呀， 有木有！---一个policeman 就算了， 可是要两个！！ 两个policemen就在那里呆着，看看电视，报纸，溜达溜达，聊聊天，或是发发呆，打打电话，上上网，加班费肥肥的--这种班谁不愿意干？ 在那里政府医院上班的人可舒服了， 又不愁养老。那里的上班的人很多是minority。---- 裙带关系进去的，minority好弄政府工作。
一些买卖房子的agent不给或是少给rebate是可以理解的，因为这个买卖房子的工作是干不了太久的， 老了就干不动了，而且没有养老金。很多 agent 干到老了， 只专门接listing， 做一点 buyer agent (给朋友或是熟人或是从open house 拉的客户)。专门跑的buyer agent 很辛苦。
除非很大的agent， 大多数 agent 一年挣不了几个钱，更别提存养老金了。 |

buyer agent 是不容易啊。朋友熟人也不好做，搞不好关系也搞掉。

If it's your first within a year, you can pay the fine and pay another ~$40
for an one night class. If you stay clean for one year, your record will be
cleaned.
If you choose to contest, you will lose the chance to the class. They will
give you a court date. It's going to be you against the city lawyer and the

trial judegement. On July 3rd there was a police man went to the property to
serve the eviction notification, and on the same day the tenant filed a
motion trial(new trial). Yesterday when the policeman went back to the
property and to check if the tenant has moved out himself. But the tenant

额，上次写得简单，其实在二三月份被表哥自己打911后policeman有亲手拿给我一份表
哥亲手写的什么隔离一类的申请告状，上面有type出来的表哥细数我的 11 条罪状和他
的签名复印件。但这次明知道自己应该会继续写，但最终那份复印件状子还是被自己遗
忘在了storage unit里(如果以后有必要再回来补吧)。可以猜想，那些条罪状表达的应
该是爱意吧。
后来三月份court结果出来后，我收到了另一笔的罚单，来自AAI Collection公司的
Ambulance费用和Collection费用，外加接近一百刀的延迟罚款。Ambulance费用是$832
.20，Collection费用是$416.10，延迟罚款有九十多刀。而court 的结果是我一年内不
得再上court。电话打过去，查到延迟罚款的原因是他们把罚单寄到了我来美后的第一

先前13年春court季分配给我的律师是个有些年级和经验的男的，2013、3、7日被我问
及告诉我court结果那个文件执行效率的有效期是一年。这次1月14日他们分配给我的律
师是个中年女的，稍微一点儿胖，比我壮两圈儿吧。那天走之前与她打过招呼，她说因
为要等从警官那里拿到些材料，我与她约见面的时间太时，她极有可能还没有收到材料
，所以没法真正了解我的case，她建议我将我们的见面时间约在二月份的前一个周。后
来回家后，我们约到2月5日下午2：00pm. 律师有提我可以直接打电话给她，但是鉴于
我是国际学生，语言沟通方面可能潜在存在的问题等，我自己一口否绝，坚持说我会去
她离county court不远的她办公室见面面谈。
所以那天，我去后她刚结束一个小时的电话，小秘让我给她五到十分钟休息时间，然后
我坐到她办公室里。律师说她收到了来自警官的部分材料，但是关键材料一一就是有警

传的短篇，还有自己写的“创作感想”。看到TRENDS那一篇，居然发现他在1938年（当
时他还在读大学）成功预测成两件事：1）1940年第二次世界大战，2）1970年，人类登
月。
两件事都只差1年而已！
