二次的时候，发现车窗一张罚单，11:30am 第一次加钱时， 那罚单肯定没有。 可是那
张罚单上写的我在10:30am就停在那里， 规定是11am之前不能停的。我不记得什么时候
开始停的，可是为什么罚单11:30am之后才来呢？难道警察可以把时间往回写？ 就可以
随意抓人开罚单了？ 花时间去appeal， 没用。交了 $50.
今天，还是老地方，小心翼翼地算好时间，给meter放了两小时的quarter，两小时后按
时到达。 发现一辆车挡在旁边，正纳闷是什么， 就坐在车里等着它开走。结果一个
policeman送上一张parking ticket.就是这辆车的主人，看见我都走过来了， 还给我
开了张罚单。说是meter shows zero. 我说你不是在那里等着meter变成“0”吧， 可
是大爷你看见我走过来了不是？ 你给我罚单的时候，我正准备开车走呀？

time violation.
since it is your first time, you can go to the court and negotiate with the
DA to reduce the speeding from 12 (47-35) to below 10 so that you will not
get 2 points in your insurance (speeding more than 10 miles will increase
insurance points).
i don't see how you can get the ticket dropped and waive the court fee.
unless the policeman did not show up and you plead not guilty.

residential parking violation.有没人有经验如何defense to get away the ticket
. 我觉得我有权停在自家门口even if it's residential parking only，八成
policeman看到外州的车牌就给了ticket.但是是有30天grace period重新注册换车牌的
if you move。麻烦各位有经验的同志或者学法律的朋友们出出点子该如何defense.谢

told that many of them live in that park and next one. When a policman is
off duty, he is still a policeman. A sleeping tiger is still a tiger.
As you know, there are 2,605 elementary schools in IL.
Top 50 elementary schools means top 2%. |

Chinese driver's license and passport. Even pull down by policeman, there is
no fine at all. But you should drive carefully, don't over the speed limit
or passing frequently.

到很合适的，agent说edison park 和norwood 也不错，都是policeman在住，有住在那
里的吗？ 那个edison park gifted center是不是很不错啊，小孩三岁了，再过两年就
上K了，所以也想关注一下。

just moved here. We were driving at 75mph. We did not noticed that the speed
limit has changed from 65mph to 55mph. And a policeman with a motocycle
were waiting for us. :-( |

do not practice by yourself. you MUST have one person having driver license
when you practice with your permit.
it does not matter to learn driving from a chinese or an american.
what matters is that you have to put your heart into learning.
NEVER use any excuse for mistakes you make when you learn driving.
NEVER try any shortcut when you learn driving. otherwise the cost might be
your life.

While being happy that it has been safe for 6 months, the bad thing
happpened today. My car disappeared after I got off the train. Called my
wife to pick me up and planed to call insurance company to file a claim when

You should tell him that you don't know the break light was out because you
cannot see the beak light when you were driving. The policeman should have
no issue to give you verbal warning only.
2. Honda headlight
If it is only a light bulb, you should be able to change yourself. It
should be not too hard. We just changed ours about a month ago. Go to
Autozone to buy a light bulb for less than $20, and check your owner manual
to find out how to replace the bulb. |

Both are Misdemeanor category in Georgia.

限速50开73，最后结果是说我开60，同意，交罚款95。省了100多。由于我是纽约驾照
，也没有记点。驾驶记录上也没有任何记录。法官告诉我们，纽约州一般不去他们那儿
CLAIM点数。如果是NEW JERSEY 驾照，不知道会怎样。有律师的好处是，能不用排队，

Anyone know the difference?
I was pulled over last weekend in Oregon, and the policeman said he decided
to give me a warning when he handed me a piece of yellow paper.
When I look at it, it says "citation", and it also has a base fine of $x. I
couldn't find anywhere on it saying "warning".
And we are also required to either appear on court in person or write to the
court and appeal guilty or "no contest". So it looks like a ticket to me.
Does anyone know anything about this?
