保险公司根本没
有证人的证词， 因为那个在bus上的证人是我的学生，他根本没有给保险公司证词之类
的， 所以说保

没必要太烦恼。只需如前面的朋友们所说，一方面威胁他们需要看病，一方面上小额法
庭起诉，让他们知道你不好惹就行了。

if injuried, just go to a doctor and get a lawyer. don't discuss that with
insurance company and never use it as a barging chip.
