As attached, I was driving as a blue line and one lady was drivng as a
yellow line. No traffic light, but she had a stop sign.
Her car was pulled ahead onto WHITE SAND to make left turn. I didn't see her
and scratched her car front. It was dark.I suspect she didn't have light on
since I could see car right after her, but not her car.
Was it my fault or her fault? Should her yield to me? Did she block my way
to turn left? Or it was my fault?
She claimed she was waiting there still.
My car has minor scratch so even it was her fault I will let her go. But now
she wants to claim her damage to my insurance company.
First time to have car accident and she is my neighbor.
Thanks for any advice. |

husband a valid witness?

你最好的说法是你直行撞上了，那就是100%他的错，如果你说你也拐弯，如果他已经在

何动作，而且是必须在stop sign后面而不是路中间。即使是她先拐出来你撞上她也是
她的责任。
没叫警察的话，就和你自己的保险公司argue，态度强硬些，最后一般是保险公司无法
判定责任，两人各自修自己的车。

There was a car driven by her husband right after her. During the accident,
that car was stopping at stop sign.
When I made left turn, I noticed her husband's car but not hers.
