Of course VW won't give you Americans or us north of the border decent
models, because many people don't have the driving conditions or the same
attitude when it comes to driving as people do in Europe.
So, unfortunately those of us who appreciate real enthusiast automobiles
lose out. At least some autmakers out there still care about us.

keptman - yup. the twin turbo V6 for the allroad gave it a lot of speed. Not
good mileage however. Being able to raise the vehicle electronically to
drive through snow or a dirt drive or road has it's nefits too. A niche
vehicle perhaps. Don't know if this will be carried down. The VR6 3.6
however is no dog & does get better mileage. |
