，那么签不签都不应该影响我修车，如果是关于车的损伤，那么应该修好以后再签。
和对方保险公司assign的一个adjuster 争论后， adjuster坚持要我先签release form
，说如果有额外的差价，那么保险公司会直接付给修车铺，我修车时，租车的问题也是
由保险公司直接安排。
release form里有这么一句 ”by reason of any and all known and unknown,
foreseen and unforeseen bodily and personal injuries, loss and damage to
property, and the consequences thereof, resulting, and to result from a
vehicle collision.“ 我的理解是我的车也是我的property， 所以我认为这个是个
trick。
但是现在就在僵持中也不是回事，请教有类似经验的朋友。不胜感激。
最后，谴责下我现在的保险公司。 costco家的，never use it。 非常糟糕的公司，永
远得不到有效的帮助，拒绝帮我和对方保险公司argue。我很想带着这个release form
去找其他的保险公司，谁能帮我解决，我就转保险，但是又担心如果最后一直僵持不下
，最后还是要走自己的保险。已经拖了4，5个月的，实在耐心要耗光了。求牛人赐教，
