Honda dealer要给CR－V换个engine，却不同意换车（我说自己愿意补2K miles的使用
费）。Honda说可以走Arbitration程序，。与他们argue未果，所以我就报了case，今
天收到回信：
“
NCDS has received your Honda claim and deemed it eligible for arbitration.
Please find attached the case materials associated with your claim. After
reviewing the attached, you may submit all additional documents and evidence
to me via email, fax or regular mail.
I will contact you in two weeks to inform you of the hearing date and time.
”
第一次走arbitration，不知道什么样子。不管结果怎样，对我来说都是锻炼了。有了
结果以后，会更新帖子，报告大家，也给版上的xdjm留个记录做参考。
