they don't negotiate much.
Also, do expect to be without your Santa Fe for long periods of warranty
repair. Check out edmunds forum, someone had to wait for weeks for parts to
be ordered and shipped from Korea. and they do by have courtesy cvehicle
vehicle unless you buy a 2500 warranty package

I own a 2013 Santa Fe Sport:
1. Maybe true: OEM windshield takes two months to be delivered to dealer.
2. I have this car for 1.5 years and 22K miles on it, 1 problem (head unit
replaced) at 1000 mile and 0 problem after that. It is pretty good for a
first MY vehicle.
3. You can always have a loaner car when you in for warranty repair.
