no official rating has been published yet, but people suggested that the
25mile manufacture estimate should be close to the EPA testing cycles. I
thought 25 was the NEDC rating which is often an overestimate.

NEDC (European official rating) or EPA (US official rating). the EPA numbers
are typically lower than the manufacturer estimates because it uses more "
realistic" conditions.
