January 24, 2015 — If you were in the mood to buy a new Buick Enclave,
Chevy Traverse or GMC Acadia, you might have to extend your mood a little
while longer. General Motors has ordered dealers to stop selling about 6,300
of those model year 2015 crossover SUVs because of problems with the
Goodyear tires.
Those tires, 18-inch Fortera HL, were found during endurance testing to have
small cracks in treads. Goodyear says over 32,000 of the tires were made
specifically for GM SUVs, a problem that will eventually cause GM to order a
recall on the vehicles.
Goodyear didn't say what is causing the tires to crack, but the problem is
allegedly not a serious safety threat. GM said it is unaware of any
accidents related to the defective tires.
The replacement tires will need to be mounted to the new GM SUVs before the
vehicles can be sold. That will lift the stop-sale order but GM will also
have to order a non-compliance recall to make sure all the SUVs have the
tires replaced.
CarComplaints.com will update this information once the National Highway
Traffic Safety Administration releases final details about the Goodyear

丰田车第一套轮胎根本不耐磨，很多2、3万就需要换就说明了
