发帖数: 1811 | 2 purchased my first Subaru, 2018 Outback 3.6 Touring, in May 2018. My sister
has a Crosstrek and loves it. I had an issue with the AC stopping working in
July 2018 while traveling to New Mexico. It was over 100 and was stopped on
the road due to an accident. Took it back to my dealer when we got back
from trip and they stated they could not reproduce the incident. Their
method to reproduce was completely inadequate, inside the service building.
So now we move to January 2019 where my Radio/Map/Backup Camera all failed.
I called the dealership and they advised me it was a recall and to bring
the car in. Later that week I received the email/letters in regards to the
recall. I was without the systems for over a month. Usually not a big deal
but I drive a lot including some 7 hours one way trips. It was replaced one
month after I took it to the dealer but never even an apology for delay.
This weekend, May 2019, was the final straw for me. I'm over an hour from
home returning from a family get together when I am getting on a major
freeway and a car crosses in front of me and the Eyesight goes crazy for a
half a second and immediately threw my car in limp mode. For those that may
not be aware of limp mode it is when the car things something is wrong and
immediately begins to shut down, you have about one or two miles till the
car quits, every manufacturer has their version of this mode. I live in the
Houston area and the highways are very busy and I almost got into multiple
accidents trying to get off the freeway on a busy Saturday. Lucky, I called
my dealership and my original salesman was there and told me to call
roadside assistance, bring car to the dealership and he will have another
ready for me as I was supposed to leave with my family on a spring break
vacation the next day.
Roadside assistance was its own issue. I called the number on the window as
instructed. I was told that it could be up to an hour. I received a text
with a number to call if questions. After an hour I called the number and no
answer. I understand delays with a tow truck on a Saturday evening so I
called roadside assistance back after an hour and a half. Roadside
assistance had me on hold for quite some time and came back and told me, "
Sorry, our provider in that area truck is broken down and Subaru cannot
supply you a tow at this time." They told me to call back to get
instructions on how to get reimbursement for tow. I saw a local police
officer and flagged him down, he called a tow truck for me. The tow truck
driver did not have a flat bed and advised me the over hour tow to the
dealership with the car on dollies could cause it more damage. I WAS STUCK!!
It was suggested to remove the battery to get the car out of limp mode, the
tow truck driver did that and I drove to the dealership.
My salesman and sales manager were waiting for me, I was very impressed.
They gave me a car to us for a few day and an good offer on a new vehicle
and decent trade in for my vehicle. I called Subaru national office and
started a case. Its been day three and still waiting on a return call from
them. I spoke to the service about the car and you'll never guess what they
said; "Sorry, we can't reproduce your issue." and told me to return the car
I had the last three days and pick up my (obviously unsafe) vehicle.
I don't know what to do or if I can trust this car anymore. Trust me this
Subaru I own will be traded in ASAP, I can't put my family in this type of
potential life threatening danger.
Any ideas or suggestions? | I****s

发帖数: 568 | 7 acc不是自动刹车，它是判断距离和相对速度，逐渐把速度降下来。如果有车插入，也
会很快降速，但不会猛地刹住。楼主说的那种状况不会出现。 |
