2- The lawyer is correct to say that the I-94 is not relevant anymore. The
lawyer is absolutely wrong to suggest something non-sensical like "hand it
over if they ask you for it". Airline people will always take any I-94s
presented to them (they don't know any better), but in truth the I-94 is an
old useless piece of cardboard after you get a green card, and giving |
