For how long he can stay in china, do we know it when applying the visa?

发帖数: 12623 | 2 First of all, you need to figure out whether the child has Chinese
nationality. If, when the child was born, at least one parent had Chinese
nationality, and those Chinese-nationality parent(s) did not have foreign
green card, then the child automatically has Chinese nationality at birth.
If the child has Chinese nationality, then the child cannot get a visa; they
must get a Travel Document. Also, there is no length of stay. (They can
stay forever.)
If the child does not have Chinese nationality, and gets a visa, there are
different types of visas. I'm not sure exactly what possibilities there are.
I have heard it's several months. But some people have reported they've
been able to get visas with length of stay of 2 years. | b*********l
