不知道是不是我因为我发力动作不对,还是因为我那块肌肉不够强壮,有没有高手指点

感觉如果扣球的话,手腕必须下压手腕,那两块肌肉肯定要伸展。平时自己做收婉动作
的时候能看到背部这块肌肉在动。。。 |

and clear is for your hand is the point where you hit the shuttle. The
correct move should be the "inside spin" as shown in the picture on this
page.

第一个文章里面的“曲”好像有点压腕的味道,还是不太清楚到底是怎么回事。
另外,再问一个问题,打高远的时候,我是有甩腕的动作的,这样对吗?甩腕又算是哪
种呢?

内旋 is used in clear & smash.
甩腕is fine as long as it is 内旋. In fact, very often, one should not
deliberately 甩腕, since that way, your arm and hand muscles are too tight
and your racquet head will not be able to generate high speed when your
muscles are tight.
It is better to relax your entire arm and hand, use your body, start at your
legs (moving upward), your waist, your shoulder and your arm, to pass the
