Easter comes on April 4th this year. It is the most important holiday for
Christians. But for me it has long been a bizarre, twisted celebration.
Easter begins with commemorating Jesus’ trial, followed by his torture by
the Romans on a cross, his death and subsequent burial, finally culminating
in his resurrection.
His death is supposed to have happened on a Friday, and his resurrection on
