A magnitude 3.6 earthquake — followed by a magnitude 2.3 quake — slightly
shook the East Bay late Tuesday night, causing little or no damage,
according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The agency reported that the quakes struck at 11:36 p.m. and then at 11:41 p
