I'm working on the project involved something similar to Ch-IP. Recently, I
got very weird result, in some group or controls, the Non-fixation IP has
even stronger singal than the formaldehyde fixation. This could partialy be
explained by the over-crosslinking lowered the possible detecable targets.
But, obviously, I need more stringent washing condition, at least to
