3。 focus on txn 的多,post-txn 的少
4。绝对重要,很多critical gene protein level is very low, understand how noise
is generated or filtered out is very important.
5.实验室有一些ground work,能节省不少时间

analyze it
3. Analyze noise at the level of RNA decay, translation. Because most of the
work focus on txn level of noise. But I can't vision the significance very
well as txn is indeed the most important step in noise control.

level of RNA decay, translation on single cell levels in real time?
It's much easier to monitor the production of proteins by ?FP.
