cytokine also blocked the effect? That antibody doesn't recognize other
cytokines within the same family?
It seems it would be pretty hard to justify these two results. If the

Anyway, two points.
1, If you could decrease the secretion, by which the cytokine works in your
culture sys, it's unlike the RNAi will help you. Coz both reduce protein
expression down to 70-90%.
2, For your knockout mice, there are always some cytokines/growth factor
undiscovered, that may play an important role or compensate (as suggested by
Ras).
