停掉了，我当时积极要和老板谈，或者是换题，或者是换实验室。我以前有很多好文章
，根本就不愁找工作。但是老板就是不和我谈。每天没事可做了几个月，知道老板要找
我碴，每天都按时上下班，简直要疯掉了。结果有一天没去，老板的秘书就发邮件如下：

太恶心了。明天我去可能就是马上开掉了。有什么好建议和老板斗争一下？主要是怕不
好找下家。搞到学校去？学校的政策是3个月通知，立即开除要学校同意。除此之外，

如果他要开你，就平静的跟他说请他按照规定给你三个月过渡期。
然后，联系你以前的老板，跟他说你要换实验室，需要推荐信。
然后，立即联系其他实验室。

关键的是要弄清楚老板 really want you to go,
keep three months to you. fight if necessary.

that I tried hard but things just didn't work out and I am so sorry for it.
I begged him to leave me some dignity if he let me go. From what I heard and
seen, he had security guard and police officer with the one who got fired.
For postdocs, immediate dismissal should be approved by the postdoc council
and I don't think the council will approve it just because i was one day
absent from work.
