SDS,用NaCl.有人用过NaCl吗?从来没听说有人用过. 还有,NaAc的pH值重要吗?用HCl还
是HAc调pH值?

发帖数: 1604 | 2 I used 2M NaCl for SDS containing sample and it worked for me. Otherwise I
use 3M NaAc. The NaAc I used was in a kit so I did not need to adjust pH.
But in principle, if you need to adjust pH for your NaAc solution, you
should use HAc. |

沉淀PCR product，NaCl没用过。 |

precipitations
* Use Sodium chloride (0,2M final conc) for DNA samples containing SDS
since NaCl keeps SDS soluble in 70% ethanol so it won’t precipitate with
the DNA.
* Use Lithium Chloride (0.8M final conc) for RNA. This is because 2.5-3
volumes of ethanol should be used for RNA precipitation and LiCl is more
soluble in ethanol than NaAc so will not precipitate, but beware - chloride
ions will inhibit protein synthesis |
